Balasana (Child's Pose)

Margaret and her qualified and experienced associate teachers offer a range of classes suited to beginners and ongoing practitioners of yoga.

Both men and women come together at the centre to enjoy the benefits that yoga offers — greater flexibility, strength and clarity of the body mind and spirit.

Term Dates for 2008

  • Term 1 Monday 14th January to Saturday 12th April = 13 weeks
  • Term 2 Monday 28th April to Saturday 5th July = 10 weeks
  • Term 3 Monday 21st July to Saturday 27th Sept = 10 weeks
  • Term 4 Monday 13th October to Saturday 21st Dec = 10 weeks

Fees: $120 per 10 week term and $156 per 13 week term for one class per week.

Casual classes $15.00.

Payment by CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY.

Beg/On - Classes suitable for beginners and ongoing students of yoga.

* - These classes are run in conjunction with the Cancer Council and are designed for people with cancer, their carers and family. A gold coin donation is appreciated for these classes.

All classes are Traditional Hatha Yoga and suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners of Yoga unless stated otherwise as a specialist class.

Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose, Backbend, or Wheel)
